Ballot Battle: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Faces Disqualification in Georgia
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s eligibility for Georgia's November ballot is being contested due to claims he used a false New York address. This challenge follows a New York ruling which found that Kennedy does not reside at the claimed address. The outcome could impact independent and third-party candidates in Georgia.

Challengers seeking to disqualify Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from Georgia's November ballot argued on Monday that the independent presidential candidate used a New York address fraudulently on ballot access petitions.
This effort comes after a New York court ruled last week that Kennedy does not reside at the stated New York address. As a result, the petitioners claim his signatures in Georgia should be voided.
Attorney Adam Sparks explained that the court found Kennedy's listed residence to be a sham, thereby invalidating his petition. However, Kennedy's lawyer, Larry Otter, maintains that Kennedy meets the constitutional requirements for candidacy and plans to appeal the New York decision.
