In Telangana, heavy rains have led to flooding and disrupted road links across several districts, including Mahabubabad, Narayanpet, and Khammam.

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has directed government officials to remain vigilant, relocate residents from low-lying areas, and establish relief camps to prevent any untoward incidents.

According to an official release, Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari and DGP Jitender conducted a teleconference with collectors and SPs to review the situation and ensure preventive measures are in place ahead of more forecasted heavy rains.
