The complaint was lodged on Wednesday by Lurinjyoti Gogoi, general secretary of the United Opposition Forum Assam (UOFA), at the Dispur police station.

The UOFA, part of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA), has highlighted several instances, including the Chief Minister's alleged provocative statements and actions, as part of a broader conspiracy to create unrest.
