Vijayawada Embraces Spiritual Journey as Sapta Jyotirlinga Yatra Train Departs
The Sapta Jyotirlinga Yatra Bharat Gaurav tourist train received an enthusiastic response from Vijayawada tourists. The train covers north and west India's Jyotirlinga destinations, fulfilling a spiritual journey for 124 passengers. Official Vavilapalli Rambabu flagged off the train, promising more Yatra Specials due to high demand.

The Sapta Jyotirlinga Yatra Bharat Gaurav tourist train has seen a positive response from travelers around Vijayawada. On Saturday, 124 passengers boarded from Vijayawada Railway Station.
Upon departure, passengers received a traditional welcome, filling the station with spiritual fervor. This marks the second Bharat Gaurav Train from Andhra Pradesh and the 23rd from the South Zone. Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Vavilapalli Rambabu flagged off the train.
The train will visit key Jyotirlinga sites in northern and western India, with boarding and deboarding facilities available at stations in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Maharashtra, including Secunderabad, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, and others.
Key pilgrim destinations include Ujjain, Dwarka, Somnath, Nasik, Pune, and Aurangabad. Rambabu highlighted that the train provides an unparalleled opportunity for pilgrims to visit all these sacred places in one journey.
With high demand anticipated, more Sapta Jyotirlinga Yatra Specials are planned for the future. Previous trains from the zone have enjoyed 100% occupancy. Gift hampers were presented to passengers, and Rambabu inspected catering, accommodation, and safety, praising officials for their excellent arrangements.
