Amid speculation surrounding former Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren's next move, Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Sunday extended a warm welcome to him into the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Manjhi, in a post on X, hailed Soren as a 'tiger,' affirming his unwavering admiration for the leader.
'Champai da, you were a tiger, you are a tiger and you will remain a tiger. Welcome to the NDA family. Johar Tiger,' Manjhi wrote. This welcome comes in the wake of Soren's open discontent about his treatment during his time in office, pointing towards a lack of respect and the abrupt end of his tenure.
Soren, through a lengthy post on X, recounted instances of his alleged mistreatment, including being sidelined from key meetings and being forced to resign suddenly. He highlighted his lifelong dedication to public service and the rights of marginalized groups. Despite his profound emotional distress over these events, Soren has stated that he remains open to various political paths ahead of the upcoming Jharkhand Assembly elections.
