Sinha emphasized that the region has seen a remarkable decline in terrorism over recent years. He declared that no terror organization retains top leadership within the area, and acts of stone-pelting have become a thing of the past. He highlighted the impact of strengthened democratic beliefs and diminishing local terrorist recruitment.
Sinha also acknowledged recent terror attacks in the Jammu region, which resulted in the loss of security personnel and civilian lives. He paid tribute to their sacrifices and affirmed trust in the bravery and patriotism of the security forces, who have been granted complete autonomy to combat terrorism.
