Unarmed and moving near the Billawar Army camp, these individuals drew immediate attention from security forces and were subsequently taken into preventive custody for questioning.
The incident comes as security forces are on high alert due to a surge in terrorist activities and the forthcoming Assembly elections scheduled for September 18.
