Droughts will be a monumental challenge to global food security and economic development in the coming years. They lead to adverse impacts like drinking water scarcity, loss of production at the forest level, increased soil erosion, loss of agriculture, and livestock, loss of job opportunities, and increased inflation rate in affected areas.
This research can deepen agricultural decision-makers' understanding of the use of drought management behaviors and help decision-makers formulate policies to sustain farmers’ livelihoods.
