Hockey Maharashtra to Host Fourth Edition of Senior Men Inter-Department National Championship
Hockey Maharashtra will host the fourth edition of the Hockey India Senior Men Inter-Department National Championship in Pune from September 5 to 15. Eighteen teams across four pools will compete, with the top two advancing to the last-eight round. Among the participants are past champions PSPB and RSPB.

Hockey Maharashtra is set to host the highly anticipated fourth edition of the Hockey India Senior Men Inter-Department National Championship. The tournament will be held in Pune from September 5 to 15, drawing 18 teams divided into four pools.
This notable 10-day event will take place at the iconic Major Dhyanchand Stadium, marking Pune as the third host city after Bengaluru and New Delhi. Defending champions Petroleum Sports Promotion Board (PSPB) and the 2022 winners, the Railway Sports Promotion Board (RSPB), are among the distinguished competitors.
Top two teams from each of the four pools will advance to the last-eight round. The championship will feature top talents including Surender Kumar, Asian Games gold medallist Akashdeep, and Olympians Dharamveer, Devinder Walmiki, and Dilpreet Singh.
