Punjab FC Signs Argentine Star Norberto Ezequiel Vidal for 2024-25 Season

Punjab FC announced the signing of Argentine midfielder Norberto Ezequiel Vidal. Vidal, who previously played for Indonesian club Persita Tangerang, brings extensive experience from various South American clubs. Technical director Nikolaos Topoliatis praised his speed and creativity, expecting him to enhance the midfield for the 2024-25 season.

Punjab FC has officially signed Argentine midfielder Norberto Ezequiel Vidal for the 2024-25 season, making him their fifth foreign signing.

Vidal, who last played for Indonesian team Persita Tangerang, is known for his versatility as an attacking midfielder or winger. With a career that started with Club Olimpo in 2011, he has shown consistent performance across various South American clubs, including San Martin SJ and Atletico Alvarado.

Praising the new signing, Punjab FC's technical director Nikolaos Topoliatis said, "He is an exciting player who will add more speed and creativity to our midfield."
