Following the BJP's release of its initial list of 67 candidates for the October 5 Haryana assembly elections, the party is facing a wave of resignations and dissatisfaction among its ranks.
Ranjit Singh Chautala, son of former deputy prime minister Devi Lal, and MLA Lakshman Dass Napa, both resigned after being denied tickets. Chautala, a key figure within the party, announced he will contest as an Independent, highlighting internal disagreements.
Furthermore, former ministers Karan Dev Kamboj and Kavita Jain, along with other party members, have also expressed their discontent, indicating a brewing crisis that could impact the BJP's election prospects.
