Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Friday strongly refuted allegations of focusing development efforts solely on Rohtak, presenting a list of accomplishments across the entire state. Hooda challenged the state government to name any significant institutions established in their nearly decade-long tenure.
Hooda highlighted numerous projects, including establishing the National Institute of Design in Kurukshetra, Kalpana Chawla Medical College in Karnal, and Dr. Ambedkar University in Sonipat, among others. He emphasized that these developments were spread throughout Haryana and not confined to Rohtak.
Addressing upcoming Haryana Assembly elections, Hooda expressed confidence that Congress will secure a dominant victory. He confirmed that Rahul Gandhi will campaign in the state, bolstering their efforts. Haryana's elections are slated for October 1, with results to be announced on October 4.
