Sunita Kejriwal Meets Sharad Pawar Amid Excise Policy Case

Sunita Kejriwal, wife of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, met with NCP President Sharad Pawar in Pune amidst the ongoing excise policy case. Details of the meeting remain undisclosed, but it was described as a courtesy visit. AAP MP Sanjay Singh was also present at the meeting.

Sunita Kejriwal, wife of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal who is currently in jail over the excise policy case, met Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) President Sharad Pawar at his office in Pune, according to an AAP leader on Monday.

The AAP leader, who spoke on condition of anonymity, stated that the topics discussed during the Sunday night meeting were not disclosed. "As per my knowledge, it was a courtesy meeting between the duo," he added. AAP MP Sanjay Singh accompanied Sunita Kejriwal at the meeting.

When approached by media persons for comments, Sunita Kejriwal declined to provide details about the meeting. Sharad Pawar is a veteran politician and a key leader within the INDIA bloc, which includes Arvind Kejriwal's party. Sunita Kejriwal has previously campaigned for AAP during the Lok Sabha elections in the absence of her husband.
