Delhi Police Reunite Missing Girl with Mother Near Metro Station
Delhi Police successfully rescued a six-year-old girl who got separated from her family near a metro station. The Janakpuri Metro Police traced her within two hours using CCTV footage and reunited her with her mother on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.

Delhi Police have successfully rescued and reunited a six-year-old girl with her mother after she got separated near a metro station, officials said on Monday.
According to police, the staff of Janakpuri Metro Police managed to trace the missing girl within two hours. The search was initiated when Priyanka, the girl's mother, reported her missing. She was on her way to her brother's house along with her children when she lost sight of her daughter at Nawada Metro Station.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police (metro) G Ram Gopal Naik explained that the girl had entered the station via a lift and exited by the stairs at Gate 2. After analyzing CCTV footage, the police found her at a nearby clothing shop, bringing relief on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
