High Court Seeks Response from BJP MP on Election Petition
The Delhi High Court has asked BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj to respond to AAP leader Somnath Bharti's petition, which challenges her Lok Sabha election victory on grounds of alleged corrupt practices. The court has asked Swaraj to file her reply within 30 days and has deleted former AAP minister Raaj Kumar Anand from the case.

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday sought a response from BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj regarding AAP leader Somnath Bharti's petition that contests her election to the Lok Sabha on allegations of corrupt practices.
Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora issued a notice to Swaraj on the election petition, instructing her to submit a response within 30 days.
In the meantime, the court removed former AAP minister Raaj Kumar Anand, who joined BJP post-election, from the list of involved parties, citing lack of actionable cause against him.
