Anticipatory Bail Plea of IAS Probationer Puja Khedkar Under Judiciary Scrutiny

A Delhi court will convene on Wednesday to consider the anticipatory bail plea of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) probationer Puja Khedkar, who faces charges of cheating and forgery.

Initially scheduled for Tuesday, Additional Sessions Judge Devender Kumar Jangala postponed the hearing after the public prosecutor sought more time.

The delay occurred because a new public prosecutor has been appointed to the case and required additional time to formulate arguments for the court.
