Tragic Drowning Incident Claims Lives of Two Young Cousins in Madhya Pradesh

Two young cousins, aged 9-10, tragically drowned in a river in Madhya Pradesh's Anuppur district. The incident took place in Cholna village on Sunday afternoon. The boys were brought to the district hospital where they were declared dead on arrival.

Two young cousins tragically drowned in a river in Madhya Pradesh's Anuppur district on Sunday, an official reported.

The incident occurred in Cholna village under the jurisdiction of Jaithari police station in the afternoon, according to Dr. SR Paraste of Anuppur district hospital.

''The boys, both aged 9-10, were brought to the district hospital by their relatives. Unfortunately, they were declared dead on arrival,'' said Dr. Paraste. Kin of the victims stated that the boys had gone to the Gujar Nala river for a bath.
