DMK Pays Tribute to Karunanidhi on Sixth Death Anniversary with Peace March

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin led a peace march of DMK leaders and supporters on Wednesday, commemorating the sixth death anniversary of his father and late party president M Karunanidhi. The march began at the Omandurar Government Estate, where Stalin paid floral tributes to a decorated portrait of Karunanidhi.

The Chief Minister, accompanied by his sister and Lok Sabha MP Kanimozhi, his son and state minister Udhayanidhi, and other senior party leaders, proceeded to pay respects at Karunanidhi's memorial at Marina.

Many leaders dressed in black and DMK workers raised slogans praising Karunanidhi's legacy. Stalin also honored the late DMK founder and former chief minister CN Annadurai by paying floral tributes at his memorial.
