In an effort to bring together curators, administrators, and domain experts, Delhi is set to host a three-day conclave focused on the ambitious 'Yuge Yugeen Bharat National Museum' project.

Organized by the Ministry of Culture, the State Museum Conclave will take place from August 1-3 at the Bharat Mandapam, concurrent with the 46th session of UNESCO's World Heritage Committee. The event aims to showcase India's expansive cultural artefacts across eight thematic segments, spanning over 5,000 years of history.

Senior ministry officials and experts will lead a series of capacity-building workshops, master classes and hands-on training sessions. The conclave seeks to ensure best global practices in museum management, conservation, and collection handling are in place for what is billed to be the largest museum in the world.
