Portugal’s football icon, Cristiano Ronaldo, has launched his YouTube channel, quickly garnering hundreds of thousands of subscribers. The five-time Ballon D'Or winner, who currently plays for Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, has a massive social media following and is set to open the Saudi Pro League against Al-Raed.
Portugal's football star Cristiano Ronaldo launched his YouTube channel on Wednesday, promptly amassing hundreds of thousands of subscribers within hours.
The 39-year-old five-time Ballon D'Or winner, who currently plays for Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, announced the launch on his social media accounts. "The wait is over. My @YouTube channel is finally here! SIUUUbscribe and join me on this new journey," Ronaldo posted, drawing 1.69 million new subscribers shortly after his first video went live.
Ronaldo, who boasts 112.5 million followers on X, 170 million on Facebook, and 636 million on Instagram, is also preparing for Al Nassr's Saudi Pro League opener against Al-Raed on Thursday.
