Keegan Bradley clinched the Presidents Cup for the United States on Sunday by securing the decisive point against Kim Si-woo. This victory gave the U.S. the 15-1/2 points needed to retain the trophy in Montreal.
This marks the 10th consecutive Presidents Cup triumph for the Americans, who hold an all-time record of 13-1-1 in this biennial event against international players outside of Europe. The U.S. needed 4-1/2 points from the 12 singles matches, which were delivered through wins by Xander Schauffele, Russell Henley, and Patrick Cantlay. Sam Burns contributed a half-point, paving the way for Captain Bradley's pivotal win over Kim.
Bradley, appearing in his first team event in a decade, missed crucial putts down the stretch. However, he secured the decisive point when Kim missed an eight-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole.
