New Zealand's women's cricket team is gearing up for a packed schedule, with a three-match series against trans-Tasman rivals Australia set for September. This series serves as a prelude to their ICC Women's T20 World Cup campaign in Bangladesh in October.

On Wednesday, the White Ferns revealed their summer schedule, which includes international matches spanning from December to March, according to an ICC release. The Blackcaps will face Alyssa Healy's Australian side in New Zealand during December with three ODIs, followed by three T20Is in March.

In addition to the contests with Australia, the White Ferns will also host Sri Lanka for six matches, with the Asian team touring in March. The schedule is designed to provide the team with ample match practice ahead of major international competitions.
