Referee Francois Letexier to Officiate European Championship Final

French referee Francois Letexier has been appointed to officiate Sunday's European Championship final between Spain and England in Berlin, UEFA announced on Thursday.

The 35-year-old Letexier boasts experience in 65 UEFA matches since 2017, including his role as fourth official at the recent Champions League final where Real Madrid triumphed over Borussia Dortmund.

The officiating team for Sunday's final will also include French assistants Cyril Mugnier and Mehdi Rahmouni, with Szymon Marciniak of Poland serving as the fourth official. VAR duties have been assigned to Jerome Brisard, supported by Willy Delajod and Massimiliano Irrati, with Tomasz Listkiewicz completing the line-up as assistant reserve referee.
