A total of 110 industrial and kiosk plots will be available for the e-auction, with plot sizes ranging from 100 square metres to 1333.99 square metres. Narela will feature seven industrial plots and 10 commercial plots, while Bawana will offer 68 industrial plots and 25 built-up kiosks.

Both areas boast strategic connectivity to the National Highway and UER-II, making them advantageous for easy access to raw materials and finished products.
