A 30-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly killing a property dealer and injuring two others in Narela, outer-north Delhi, authorities announced on Saturday.

The violent dispute reportedly erupted over a Rs 20,000 loan borrowed by the accused's friend from the victim.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer North) Ravi Kumar Singh stated the incident occurred at Veer Properties in Narela last Wednesday. Office owner Manish was found dead, with Praveen and Kulbir alias Kalu injured in the shooting.

Deepak alias Jitender, who fled the scene, was apprehended late Friday night. He revealed Manish, also involved in finance, had threatened him over the unpaid loan. During a confrontation at Manish's office, Deepak fired the gun he had obtained from Jammu and Kashmir.

Efforts are underway to recover the weapon and apprehend other suspects involved.
