Delhi Metro to Expand Rithala-Narela Corridor into Haryana's Kundli-Nathupur
The Rithala-Narela corridor of Delhi Metro will extend to Haryana's Kundli-Nathupur, announced Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot. The 23.73-kilometre extension, featuring 21 stations, aims to ease travel and reduce congestion. The project is a segment of the Delhi Metro Phase-4 development and will be completed in four years at an estimated cost of Rs 6,230.99 crore.

In a significant development, Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot announced the extension of Delhi Metro's Rithala-Narela corridor to Haryana's Kundli-Nathupur.
The principal approval has been granted by the Delhi government, which will send the proposal to the Centre to initiate the tendering stage.
The expansion will span 23.73 kilometers, including 2.72 kilometers in Haryana, and is expected to be completed in four years at a cost of Rs 6,230.99 crore. This extension will significantly benefit rural areas by connecting them to Delhi's main city, reducing travel time, and promoting public transportation.
