Union Home Minister Amit Shah accused the Congress party of disrespecting Dalit leaders, labeling it an 'anti-Dalit' party during an election rally in Fatehabad, Haryana. Shah claimed that Congress denied job reservations to Dalits and criticized Rahul Gandhi's recent remarks on reservation during his US visit.

Shah highlighted past incidents of Dalit disrespect under Congress rule, such as the Gohana and Mirchpur incidents. He emphasized that Dr. BR Ambedkar wasn't awarded the Bharat Ratna until the Congress was out of power and praised the BJP for initiatives like the establishment of Panchtirtha and the declaration of Samvidhan Diwas.

Shah reiterated the central government's stance on Article 370, stating that neither Rahul Gandhi nor future Congress generations would be able to reinstate it. He praised the BJP's governance in Haryana, contrasting it with previous Congress administrations accused of corruption, nepotism, and casteism. Shah also accused Rahul Gandhi of misguiding the youth on the Agniveer scheme and promised job security for Haryana's Agniveers.

Voting for Haryana's 90-member legislative assembly is scheduled for October 5, with results to be counted on October 8, simultaneous with Jammu and Kashmir.
