The INDIA bloc of opposition parties will rally at Jantar Mantar on July 30, focusing on the deteriorating health of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal inside Tihar jail, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) confirmed on Thursday.

The AAP has accused the BJP of 'conspiring to kill' Kejriwal and highlighted medical reports showing his sugar levels fell 26 times between June 3 and July 7. The party, a part of the INDIA bloc, blames the BJP-led central government and Delhi Lt Governor V K Saxena for endangering Kejriwal's life. 'The INDIA bloc will hold a significant rally at Jantar Mantar on July 30 to raise awareness about Kejriwal's declining health,' said the AAP.

During a press conference, AAP leader Atishi criticized the BJP for its alleged actions against Kejriwal, stating, 'The BJP is conspiring against the people of Delhi in every way, halting their work and finances. They even got Kejriwal and other key leaders arrested.' She added that when the BJP learned that Kejriwal might receive bail from the Supreme Court, they had him arrested by the CBI. 'He has diabetes for 30 years, his weight has dropped by 8.5 kg in custody, and his sugar levels have dropped to dangerous levels,' Atishi said, claiming the BJP wants his health permanently damaged. According to Atishi, Kejriwal's sugar levels dropped 34 times.

Kejriwal, arrested on March 21 by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case linked to an alleged excise policy scam, was granted interim bail by the Supreme Court but remains in Tihar in a related CBI case.
