Constable Arrested in Alleged Murder Masquerading as Suicide

In a shocking turn of events, a constable named Ravi Kumar has been arrested after being accused of killing Divya Agrahari and attempting to make it appear as a suicide, authorities stated on Monday.

The victim, Divya, was discovered hanging from a door latch in her Awas Vikas Colony residence on Saturday afternoon. Police investigations revealed ongoing disputes with her husband, Alok Agrahari, and frequent interactions with the constable since September.

Things escalated on Saturday, leading to a fatal altercation with the constable, who allegedly strangled and hung Divya. Subsequently, he destroyed her mobile phone. Alok Agrahari accuses the constable of murder. The police have filed a case and taken the accused into custody.
