Congress Workers Thwarted by Police in Raj Bhavan Protest

On Wednesday, police intervened to stop Congress workers from marching toward the Raj Bhavan, protesting what they called the BJP's policy of shielding billionaire Gautam Adani and its ineffectiveness in maintaining peace in Manipur.
According to officials, the Congress members had gathered at the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee headquarters, intending to stage the march.
Police quickly intervened as protesters attempted to leave the premises, confining them inside by closing the Congress office gate, fueling further frustration among the demonstrators.
