A fatal altercation in northeast Delhi's Seelampur area has left one man dead and another injured, police confirmed on Tuesday. The incident, which unfolded on October 13, culminated in two arrests, raising concerns over escalating street violence.

Police arrested 21-year-old Asif and a juvenile in connection with the incident, which began when the latter asked Kishor for the time. Kishor's response allegedly sparked the conflict. Amidst the ensuing commotion, accomplice Talib stabbed Kishor, fatally wounding him.

Further violence ensued when Lallan, attempting to intervene, was injured. Kishor succumbed to his injuries at LNJP Hospital. Authorities have launched efforts to apprehend Talib, the prime suspect in the stabbing, according to Deputy Commissioner of Police Rakesh Paweriya.
