UNSMIL's Marathon Talks Yield Progress on Libya's Central Bank Crisis

On Monday, the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) convened in Tripoli to tackle the ongoing Central Bank of Libya (CBL) crisis, which has incapacitated the bank for over a week, according to an UNSMIL statement.
The talks included representatives from Libya's House of Representatives, High Council of State, and Presidential Council. Discussions extended from morning until late at night, yielding 'significant understandings' on resolving the crisis.
The delegates agreed to present a draft agreement to their respective chambers for review, aiming for final approval and signing on Tuesday.
