Ihor Terekhov stated on Telegram that 'Occupiers killed a child right on the playground.' Additionally, three adults were killed in a 12-storey apartment block that caught fire due to the strike.
Video footage shared by Andriy Yermak, the president's chief of staff, depicted massive flames and heavy black smoke emanating from the building's upper floors. 'Russians hit civilians again,' Yermak commented on Telegram.
