A 35-year-old man named Nadir Shah was shot dead by two bike-borne assailants in South Delhi's Greater Kailash area on Thursday night, according to officials.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Ankit Chauhan reported that they received information about a shooting at GK 1, and upon arriving, discovered Shah had been injured. He was transported to Max Hospital.

Upon investigation, police found bullet projectiles and empty cartridges at the scene. The attackers reportedly arrived on a two-wheeler, opened fire on Shah, and fled. Despite immediate medical attention, Shah was declared brought dead at the hospital.

Shah, who co-owned a gym, may have been targeted in a gang war. Police are exploring all possible motives behind the attack.
