Nadir Shah, a 35-year-old gym owner in Delhi's posh Greater Kailash area, was fatally shot by two bike-riding assailants, officials reported on Friday.
Authorities have arrested two individuals suspected of providing logistical support, while the main shooter remains at large. Four more people are being questioned in connection with the case.
Shah, with a criminal history including charges of extortion, robbery, and attempted murder, was shot while talking to a friend outside his gym. Police suspect involvement from associates of notorious gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Hashim Baba.
Minutes after the incident, a social media post allegedly from gangster Rohit Godara claimed responsibility for the killing, citing business conflicts as the motive.
