Minor Alleges Repeated Rape, Mother Complicit

A 15-year-old girl has come forward with allegations of multiple rapes by her mother's friend. Despite her distress, her mother reportedly threatened her to stay silent about the assaults. Police confirmed the arrests of both the accused in Faridabad.

The minor, who lives with her father, disclosed the incidents after falling ill at her mother's home. Her father subsequently filed a police complaint.

The main accused, Ribhu Tyagi, was taken into custody in Meerut, while the mother was arrested in Faridabad. Both have been remanded to judicial custody as the investigation continues under relevant criminal laws and the POCSO Act.
