Seven-Year-Old Girl Allegedly Raped in Shop Incident

A seven-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 41-year-old man named Safiullah while buying milk. The incident occurred in a shop, where the accused was known to the shopkeeper. A horrifying incident took place on Sunday when a seven-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 41-year-old man named Safiullah while she was purchasing milk from a local shop, police reported.

According to Additional SP Deependra Nath Chowdhury, the crime occurred inside the shop where Safiullah, who belongs to another community, is known to the shopkeeper. Hearing her screams, people in the vicinity rushed to the scene, apprehended the accused, and delivered him to the police after a sound beating.

The Superintendent of Police Sankalp Sharma confirmed that an FIR has been registered. Local BJP MLA Shalabh Mani Tripathi visited the site, urging law enforcement to take harsh action against the culprit.
