Union Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to review inter-state coordination among Naxal-affected states at a high-level meeting in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, on Saturday.

In a separate meeting, Shah will assess security and development initiatives in Maoist-impacted areas of Chhattisgarh. Chief secretaries, directors general of police from Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra, along with top central security officials, are expected to attend.

During his visit, Shah will also visit the Mahaprabhu Vallabhacharya Ashram, review the Narcotics Control Bureau's functioning, and attend a Ministry of Cooperation meeting.
