Deadly Property Dispute: Man Shot in Noida’s Sector 142

A man was allegedly shot dead on Sunday night in Noida's Sector 142 over a property dispute. The victim, Navendra Jha, was attacked near Sector 137 metro station. Police suspect Neeraj Gupta is linked to the crime. Teams have been formed to investigate and arrest the culprits.

A man was allegedly shot dead on Sunday night over a suspected dispute regarding a property in Noida's Sector 142 area, police said.

Sector 142 police station in-charge inspector Pushpraj Singh stated that Navendra Jha was shot at near Sector 137 metro station around 7 pm. He was admitted to Felix Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.

The body has been sent for post-mortem, and initial investigations indicate that Jha was embroiled in a property dispute with Neeraj Gupta, a matter currently in court. Police teams have been formed to apprehend those involved in the killing.
