In a significant move, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu revealed Tuesday that the state will enter into an agreement with the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) to provide extensive training for employees. Furthermore, the state will establish a global institute of good governance in Amaravati.

The Capacity Building Commission, which is an employee training organization set up by the union government and led by Chairman Adil Zainulbhai, is set to play a pivotal role in this initiative. Naidu took to social media platform X to share this development, emphasizing CBC's role in establishing the governance institute.

Naidu has also tasked Chief Secretary Neerabh Kumar Prasad with formulating a comprehensive training policy and forming a dedicated task force to oversee its progress. The primary objective is to gear state employees towards offering people-friendly governance through the utilization of advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence.
