A tragic incident unfolded in the Hastsal area of Dwarka, southwest Delhi, where a 23-year-old man, Govind, was allegedly stabbed to death by four juveniles, police reported on Friday.

The juveniles, who have since been detained and the murder weapon recovered, reportedly attacked Govind and his friends—Rakesh (22) and Sachin (22)—as they were returning home late Wednesday night, authorities stated. The confrontation began with verbal abuse and escalated to physical violence, as described by a senior officer.

According to the police, Govind fell unconscious after one of the accused caught hold of him, and another stabbed him with a knife. Rakesh quickly informed his employer, who then alerted the police. Govind was rushed to a hospital but was declared dead on arrival. Following an FIR and the review of CCTV footage, the four juvenile suspects were identified and apprehended. The investigation continues.
