Unidentified Man's Body Discovered in Mumbai's National Park Quarry

An unidentified 30-year-old man's body was discovered in a water-filled quarry within the limits of Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The local fire brigade was notified by police and retrieved the body. Authorities have registered a case of accidental death and launched an investigation.

The body of a 30-year-old unidentified man was discovered in a water-filled quarry at Sanjay Gandhi National Park on Wednesday, according to a Thane civic body official.

Police informed the local fire brigade of the grim discovery, said Yasin Tadvi, chief of the Thane Municipal Corporation Disaster Management Cell.

The body was retrieved from the quarry, and a case of accidental death has been registered as investigations continue.
