On Friday, Delhi Mayor Shelly Oberoi and Education Minister Atishi participated in an engagement session with 47 principals from Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) schools who underwent training at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. The event took place at the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Delhi.

The session featured senior officials from the MCD's Education Department and SCERT. During the event, both Atishi and Mayor Oberoi gathered insights from the principals regarding their training experiences. They also explored the new teaching techniques, school management strategies, and leadership skills imparted at IIM-Ahmedabad.

Speaking on the occasion, Education Minister Atishi highlighted the primary goal of sending the principals for IIM training: to enhance their leadership capabilities for the benefit of MCD schools. Mayor Shelly Oberoi echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the Delhi government's commitment to revolutionary changes in MCD education. She commended the principals and teachers for their exemplary work despite limited resources and urged them to implement their new skills.
