In a significant diplomatic engagement, Shiromani Akali Dal Chairman Sukhbir Singh Badal met with Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu in Shimla on Thursday. The discussion focused on issues concerning Punjabi tourists in the state. Sukhbir Badal, in a post on X, expressed gratitude for Sukhu's assurance to resolve these issues expeditiously.

During the courtesy call, Chief Minister Sukhu presented the SAD leader with a traditional 'Himachali cap'. The meeting underscored the cordial relationship between the leaders, aiming to foster better relations between Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.
