Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday hailed the Union Budget 2024-25 as a game-changing document that will intertwine Bharat's economic growth with the nation's youth power. He praised the government's initiatives providing youth training and internships.

Sharing his views on social media platform X, Shah emphasized the budget's historic move to allocate Rs 2 lakh crore towards training 4.10 crore youth in various skills and arranging internships in top companies for 1 crore youth. Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal described the budget as a 'visionary document' aimed at fueling India's holistic growth and empowering sections like the poor, women, youth, and farmers.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma highlighted the budget's unprecedented push towards employment generation and the support for small businesses. He lauded schemes such as the PM's Package for Employment & Skilling and paid internship opportunities. Steel and Heavy Industries Minister HD Kumaraswamy praised the budget's focus on women empowerment and the planned creation of 4 crore jobs.

Communications Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw underscored the budget's focus on reducing tax rates and fulfilling middle-class dreams of homeownership. He mentioned a provision of Rs 2 lakh crore aimed at creating employment opportunities. Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal called the budget 'innovative and inclusive,' highlighting its role in pushing India towards becoming the world's third-largest economy by 2047.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented her record-breaking seventh consecutive Union Budget, marking a historic milestone.
