Repco Bank, a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Home Affairs, presented a cheque of ₹19.08 crore to Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Shri Amit Shah, as a dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24. The cheque represents a 25% dividend on the ₹76.32 crore share capital held by the Government of India.

The cheque was handed over by Repco Bank's Chairman, Shri E. Santhanam, and Managing Director, Shri O. M. Gokul, in the presence of Union Home Secretary Shri Ajay Kumar Bhalla and Officer on Special Duty (OSD), MHA Shri Govind Mohan.
