Wall Collapse in Mumbai Injures Two Children and a Woman; Similar Incident in Gujarat
A wall collapse of an under-construction building in Dharavi, Mumbai, injured three people including two children. Victims were taken to Sion Hospital. Another wall collapse incident occurred earlier in Gujarat, causing minor injuries to a student.

At least three individuals, including two children, sustained injuries after a section of an under-construction building's wall collapsed in Mumbai's Dharavi area on July 22. The collapse impacted a neighboring residential house, injuring a 28-year-old woman, a 9-month-old girl, and a 5-year-old boy.
The injured, identified as Anita Singh, 28, Kiyansh Patwal, 9 months, and Manpreet Singh, 5, were promptly taken to Sion Hospital for medical care. According to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), the incident occurred around 7:19 p.m. at Patra Chawl, Laxmi Baug, on M G Road, near the Shiv Sena office. Emergency services quickly transported the injured to the hospital.
Additioanl details about the incident are still awaited. Just last week, a student in Gujarat's Vadodara sustained minor injuries when a wall at a private school collapsed. This incident happened around 12:30 p.m. at Shri Narayan School on Waghodiya Road, Vadodara, and was promptly inspected by the fire brigade.
