VFS Global Introduces Seamless e-Visa Service for Indonesia
VFS Global has been appointed to offer a new e-Visa on Arrival service for Indonesia to Indian nationals and 96 other nationalities, starting December 2024. This exclusive service aims to streamline the visa application process, boost tourism, and attract investments into Indonesia.

VFS Global has announced its appointment as the exclusive provider for Indonesia's new e-Visa on Arrival (e-VoA) service for Indian and 96 other nationalities, set to launch in December 2024. The service, initiated by Indonesia's Directorate General of Immigration, seeks to streamline the entry process, promote tourism, and enhance investments.
The collaboration between VFS Global and Indonesia's Ministry of Law and Human Rights, coupled with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, aims to simplify visa applications, making travel to Indonesia quicker and more convenient, explained VFS Global CEO Zubin Karkaria.
As part of this initiative, applicants will receive extensive support via email and live assistance in seven languages, including English and Mandarin, ensuring accessibility for a broader audience. Indonesia targets 14 million visitors in 2024, with 9.92 million arrivals recorded by August.
