Arunachal Pradesh Education and Libraries Minister Pasang Dorjee Sona on Friday urged journalists to embrace the habit of reading books to boost their professional skills.

Speaking at the inauguration of a new library block at the Arunachal Press Club (APC), Sona highlighted the importance of cultivating reading habits from a young age.

He pointed out that staying well-informed is crucial for media professionals, adding, ''Reading enriches the mind and equips professionals with the knowledge needed to excel in their fields.''
