Thousands of Hindu community members participated, chanting slogans and holding placards decrying the atrocities against Hindus in Bangladesh. Police maintained a strict vigil across various localities, and no adverse events were reported. BJP spokesperson Prerna Honrao confirmed the peaceful nature of the shutdown.
